I.O.U. - A killer on the run from the police rescued the daughter of a police officer from death, and now expects that officer to help him escape.
Three O'Clock - A man who plans to kill his wife and her supposed-lover finds himself caught in the trap he planned for them.
Nightmare (a.k.a. And So To Death) - A young man dreams he committed a murder, and then finds the dream leaking into his reality.
Bequest - An embezzler encounters a couple of crooks on the run who expect him to give them everything of his as a bequest.

Personal thoughts: The stories in this collection are all quite solid, with Nightmare and Three O'Clock both being top classics of suspense.
