A Clockwork Orange - Stanley Kubrick Sci-Fi 1971.
Following an unapologetic life of rampant sex and murder, Alex DeLarge, a Ludwig
van Beethoven lover and leader of an anarchic street gang in futuristic Britain, is
about to discover that the party is over. After all, he had it coming. But pure
luck gives Alex a second bite of the cherry. While sentenced to fourteen years in
prison, the once-swaggering juvenile delinquent hears about a highly experimental
de-conditioning government program promising to flush one's harmful anti social
tendencies out of his mind. As a result, Alex jumps at the chance to earn his
freedom. However, the cure is sometimes worse than the disease. Will ultra-violence
be Alex's catharsis? Can his improved version fit in the mean world he had a hand
in creating?
