Na twee succesvolle seizoenen en tournees zijn de sterren van Glee nu voor het eerst te zien in hun eigen film. De Glee cast werd op de voet gevolgd tijdens het beleven van hun 2e wereldwijde tournee en Glee: The 3D Concert Movie is daarvan het resultaat. Niet alleen backstage footage zal hierbij getoond worden maar ook volledige muziekoptredens zullen verwerkt zijn in de film. Hierbij worden bekende Glee-songs zoals "Don't Stop Believin'", "Loser Like Me" en "Empire State of Mind" niet achterwege gelaten. Ook zal de film 3 verschillende fan verhalen bevatten over hoe Glee hun leven heeft beinvloedt. De gehele cast, o.a. bestaande uit Rachel (Lea Michele), Finn (Cory Monteith), Quinn (Dianna Agron) en Puck (Mark Salling) zijn klaar om hun ultieme droom opnieuw te delen met het wereldwijde publiek in Glee: The 3D Concert Movie.
