Overview: I started experimenting with different flavors of chicken stir-fry when my life and metabolism changed, forcing me to cook and eat healthier. I found that the same chicken recipes with steamed vegetables were getting boring and I wanted to try something tasty and new. I went out and bought an inexpensive wok and then started to pour all of my ingredients into this new kitchen appliance. I thought I would end up making one or two and move on, but this method became my favorite way of cooking my meals. The taste and crispness of the vegetables after being cooked in a wok cannot be mimicked using any other type of cooking pot, and the taste is out of this world.
