Description
This course aims to empower and support parents of babies and children aged 6 to 36 months by offering a gentle and holistic approach to help improve your child’s sleep. I am passionate about using gentle sleep coaching techniques that don't interfere with bonding or attachment and I would like to share them with you.
It is possible to vastly improve sleep without using controlled crying or cry it out techniques which were, in the past thought to be the most effective, or the 'only' way. I firmly believe children should feel supported, loved and responded to, alongside learning to settle happily and sleep well - when this is age appropriate. You know your child best and what may work for them. The techniques I use are evidence based and very successful and do not compromise your child's emotional well-being or your own.
