Al jarenlang woedt er een oorlog tussen de mensheid en het humanoïde ras van de planeet Cerulean. Tijdens een geheime missie op Cerulean wordt de speciale eenheid van elite sniper Kyle Matthews echter bijna volledig uitgeroeid en raakt hij zelf zwaar gewond. Gestrand op een vijandige planeet en helemaal op zichzelf aangewezen, redt hij een burger van Cerulean en neemt haar in bescherming. Dit brengt hem echter nog meer in gevaar, omdat dit de vrouw blijkt te zijn van een machtige krijgsheer op Cerulean die een zoektocht naar beide begint. Een genadeloze jacht begint die Matthew zijn vaardigheden op de proef stelt….
